New Zealand Silver Fern Farms Grass-Fed Sirloin

  • A sirloin steak is a cut of beef from the rear portion of the loin, close to the tail. It is known for being relatively low in fat, low in calories, and low in cholesterol.

Silver Fern Farms' animals are fed with nutritious pasture year-round, allowing them to produce delicious and tender high-quality meat. The abundant nutrients in the pasture give grass-fed meat a natural marbling pattern, resulting in a finer and more flavorful texture.

    Compared to grain-fed , grass-fed meat:

    • Is naturally lower in fat, with lower levels of saturated fat and calories.

     • Has a higher content of Omega-3 fatty acids, with a better ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6.

    • Contains higher levels of antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin E, and conjugated linoleic acid.
