US National Beef CAB Short Ribs

  • No hormones or antibiotics are added. The beef ribs and short ribs come from the same part of the beef. The fat is very rich and evenly distributed. The meat will not be too old or dry even when it exceeds a certain degree of doneness, which is suitable for friends who like cooked food.

    Each piece is about 3kg, can be cut into Korean slices or thin slices. Each piece is cut into 1cm, about 20 pieces. Cut into the original bone strips, about 3 pieces.
