    The skin is crispy and the meat is tender, smooth and juicy, with a sweet taste.  It is rich in EPA and DHA, two types of Omage-3 unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, D, B1, B2, B3, B6, iron, antioxidants, etc. It has high protein and low fat.
